本文旨在研究山西省××市特殊教育学校教师的职业倦怠情况及对其总体幸福感的影响。采用职业倦怠量表和总体幸福感量表进行测量,利用Spss统计软件对数据进行处理。得出结论:(1)男性教师的情绪衰竭和去个性化要高于女性教师,而女性的成就感高于男性;男性情绪更为愉快,对情感和行为的控制优于女性;(2)在教龄维度,6-10年职业倦怠感高;11-20年成就感最为高,职业倦怠感最低;21年以上,职业倦怠感随教龄的增加而增加,总体幸福感逐年降低;(3)女性总体幸福指数显著低于常模,男性无显著差异。(4)总体幸福感与职业倦怠呈负相关。

This paper aims to study the influence of occupational boredom of special education teachers on the general well-being in a city of Shanxi province.The method is to measure the occu-pational boredom inventory and general well-being scale, and use Spss statistical software for data processing.Then concludes that:1, male teachers have higher emotional exhaustion and depersona-lization than female teachers, while women's sense of achievement is higher than that of men; men have more pleasant mood, and better emotional and behavioral control than women;2, in terms of seniority dimensions, occupational boredom is higher during 6 -10 years; while 11 -20 years, highest in accomplishment and lowest occupational boredom;21 years or more, boredom increases and general well-being reduces year by year;3, women in general happiness index is significantly lower than the norm, while men, no significant difference.4,the general well-being is negatively correlated to occupational boredom.
