为了研究超深水S型海底管道铺设时管道截面的局部变形及应力分布,以“海洋石油201”铺管船为例,首先建立“铺管船-托管架-管道-海底”的整体铺管模型,计算托辊支撑处管道承受的荷载组合:弯矩、轴力、剪力和托辊反力。再建立“托辊-管道”相互作用的局部精细有限元模型,计算了上弯段管道截面的局部变形和应力分布。研究结果可为超深水大口径S型铺管船的极限铺设能力分析提供参考。
為瞭研究超深水S型海底管道鋪設時管道截麵的跼部變形及應力分佈,以“海洋石油201”鋪管船為例,首先建立“鋪管船-託管架-管道-海底”的整體鋪管模型,計算託輥支撐處管道承受的荷載組閤:彎矩、軸力、剪力和託輥反力。再建立“託輥-管道”相互作用的跼部精細有限元模型,計算瞭上彎段管道截麵的跼部變形和應力分佈。研究結果可為超深水大口徑S型鋪管船的極限鋪設能力分析提供參攷。

In order to study the local deformation of the pipe cross?section and stress profile during ultra?deepwater S?lay operation, the present paper builds a "vessel?stinger?pipe?seabed" HYSY 201 model to calculate the com?bined loadings of overbend pipe at the supporting roller:bending moment, axial force, shear force and roller reac?tion force. Then a locally refined "pipe?roller" interacted FEM model was constructed with Abaqus to obtain the cross?sectional stress profile and strain distribution of the upper bent pipe. The results can offer references for analy?sis of the S?lay operation of deepwater large diameter pipe under extreme conditions.
