为研究所设计空间曲面的可加工性,以新型人字齿同步带带轮齿廓加工为研究背景,利用空间微分几何对刀具进行建模,并根据空间啮合关系推导出带轮齿廓曲面根切界限曲线、刀具齿廓曲面啮合界限曲线计算公式和带轮齿廓曲面的瞬时啮合线方程。通过对带轮曲面根切界限曲线形成特点研究,得出根切界限曲线对带轮曲面形成无影响、带轮齿廓齿侧瞬时接触线为法平面圆弧曲线,其他齿廓瞬时接触线为远离法平面的空间曲线。研究表明,人字齿同步带轮空间瞬时啮合线轨迹曲折延伸是造成切削阻力增大和滚切振动的重要因素,为寻找减小切削振动加工方法提供依据。

To study the machinability of the designed spatial curve, the tool model of the double helical synchronous belt was built with spatial differential geometry based on the pulley profile surface of the double helical synchronous belt. The pulley profile surface undercut boundary curve, the formula of tool profile surface meshing line and the in?stantaneous meshing line equation of pulley profile surface were deduced with the spatial meshing relationship. That the undercut boundary curve has no effect on pulley surface forming and the pulley side profile instantaneous line was normal to the plane curve was proposed, while the other instantaneous profile was far away from it. It demon?strates that the spatial instantaneous meshing profile zigzag was the main influencing factor of the increasing cutting resistance and hobby vibration, which provides foundation for reducing vibration when manufacturing.
