针对绳锯机维修海底油气管道修复效率的问题,采用单一因素试验法进行了绳锯机切削海底管道过程中切削参数对切削效率影响的试验研究。搭建了金刚石绳锯机切削海底管道试验样机,分析了切削线速度、进给速度、切削压力对切削效率的影响,测量了串珠绳张紧力和压力的关系曲线。结果表明:切削线速度、进给速度、切削压力对绳锯机切削海底管道的切削效率有显著的影响,切削线速度和进给速度存在最佳值使得绳锯机的切削效率最高。本研究结果为金刚石绳锯机切削海底管道提供合理可靠的技术参数。
針對繩鋸機維脩海底油氣管道脩複效率的問題,採用單一因素試驗法進行瞭繩鋸機切削海底管道過程中切削參數對切削效率影響的試驗研究。搭建瞭金剛石繩鋸機切削海底管道試驗樣機,分析瞭切削線速度、進給速度、切削壓力對切削效率的影響,測量瞭串珠繩張緊力和壓力的關繫麯線。結果錶明:切削線速度、進給速度、切削壓力對繩鋸機切削海底管道的切削效率有顯著的影響,切削線速度和進給速度存在最佳值使得繩鋸機的切削效率最高。本研究結果為金剛石繩鋸機切削海底管道提供閤理可靠的技術參數。

With respect to repair efficiency of oil and gas pipelines by wire saw, experiments were carried out to study the effect of cutting parameters, including wire speed, feed rate and cutting pressure on cutting efficiency by using the one?factor method. Meanwhile, the prototype of the diamond wire saw for testing seabed oil pipe cutting was set up. The relationship curve between tension and pressure of string bead wire was given. The results showed that the influence of cutting parameters including wire speed, feed rate and cutting pressure on the cutting efficiency was significant and the wire speed and feed rate have an optimal value to make the cutting efficiency of the wire saw the highest. The experimental results provide rational and reliable technique parameters for diamond wire saw in seabed oil pipe cutting.
