目的：研究三阴性乳腺癌和人类表皮生长因子受体2（ human epidermal growth factor receptor-2，HER-2）过表达乳腺癌的临床病理特征及生物学特征。方法根据HER-2检测结果，将我院行手术切除并经病理学确诊为雌、孕激素受体（ ER、PR）均为阴性的乳腺癌患者260例患者，分为三阴性乳腺癌组和HER-2过表达乳腺癌组，并对两组患者的临床病理特征及生物学特征进行分类评估。结果三阴性乳腺癌组淋巴结转移以阳性为主，HER-2过表达乳腺癌组则以阴性为主，两组差异具统计学意义（χ2＝8．339，P＝0．004）；三阴性乳腺癌与HER-2过表达乳腺癌在组织学分级上经比较，差异具统计学意义（χ2＝6．945，P＝0．031）。两组在P53表达、E-cadherin表达上经比较，差异无统计学意义（均P＞0．05），在Ki-67表达上差异有统计学意义（χ2＝7．910，P＝0．005）。结论三阴性乳腺癌较HER-2过表达乳腺癌的侵袭性更强，组织学分级更高，更易发生淋巴结转移，细胞增殖更活跃，预后更差。
목적：연구삼음성유선암화인류표피생장인자수체2（ human epidermal growth factor receptor-2，HER-2）과표체유선암적림상병리특정급생물학특정。방법근거HER-2검측결과，장아원행수술절제병경병이학학진위자、잉격소수체（ ER、PR）균위음성적유선암환자260례환자，분위삼음성유선암조화HER-2과표체유선암조，병대량조환자적림상병리특정급생물학특정진행분류평고。결과삼음성유선암조림파결전이이양성위주，HER-2과표체유선암조칙이음성위주，량조차이구통계학의의（χ2＝8．339，P＝0．004）；삼음성유선암여HER-2과표체유선암재조직학분급상경비교，차이구통계학의의（χ2＝6．945，P＝0．031）。량조재P53표체、E-cadherin표체상경비교，차이무통계학의의（균P＞0．05），재Ki-67표체상차이유통계학의의（χ2＝7．910，P＝0．005）。결론삼음성유선암교HER-2과표체유선암적침습성경강，조직학분급경고，경역발생림파결전이，세포증식경활약，예후경차。
Objective To understand the clinical and pathological features of triple negative breast cancer and HER -2 overexpressing breast cancer .Method According to the HER-2 test results, 260 patients having undergone surgical resection and pathologically diagnosed as estrogen and progesterone receptors ( ER, PR)-negative breast cancer patients were divided into two groups:the HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer group and the triple negative breast cancer group . The clinical and pathological features and biological characteristics of the two groups of patients were subjected to classified assessment.Findings Lymph node metastasis in the triple negative breast cancer group can be characterized as positive while that in the HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer group can be characterized as negative (χ2 =8.339, P=0.004);The difference in histological grading between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 =6.945, P=0.031).No significant difference was found in P53 expression and E-cadherin expression between the two groups (P>0.05).The difference between the triple negative breast cancer group and the HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer group in the Ki-67 expression was statistically significant (χ2 =7.910, P=0.005).Conclusion Compared to HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer, triple negative breast cancer is more aggressive , possesses higher histologic grade , and is more likely to result in lymph node metastasis .Cell proliferation is more active and the prognosis is worse .
