以8mm厚2219铝合金板为研究对象,开展变极性TIG电弧横焊技术初步研究。在优化焊接参数的基础上,得到不同焊接参数和成形良好的横焊接头,并对接头的组织和力学性能特征进行了分析。结果表明:当焊接速度较快时,接头气孔缺陷较少;多层多道焊接头受多次热循环影响,组织特征较为复杂;焊接参数变化对接头组织特征影响显著;稍大的焊接速度有利于提高接头的抗拉强度和弯曲性能;接头硬度虽然能够反映接头的力学性能,但接头强度还与接头内焊接缺陷的数量和分布密切相关。
以8mm厚2219鋁閤金闆為研究對象,開展變極性TIG電弧橫銲技術初步研究。在優化銲接參數的基礎上,得到不同銲接參數和成形良好的橫銲接頭,併對接頭的組織和力學性能特徵進行瞭分析。結果錶明:噹銲接速度較快時,接頭氣孔缺陷較少;多層多道銲接頭受多次熱循環影響,組織特徵較為複雜;銲接參數變化對接頭組織特徵影響顯著;稍大的銲接速度有利于提高接頭的抗拉彊度和彎麯性能;接頭硬度雖然能夠反映接頭的力學性能,但接頭彊度還與接頭內銲接缺陷的數量和分佈密切相關。

The preliminary research on variable polarity TIG arc horizontal position welding technology based on 8mm thickness 2219 aluminum alloy has been carried out. Horizontal position welds with good formation were obtained after the optimization of welding parameters. The characteristics of microstructures and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed. Results indicated that the porosity welding defects were not serious when the welding velocity was much higher. The characteristics of the microstructures were more complex due to the influence of the repeated thermal cycles. Moreover, the effect of welding current or welding velocity on microstructures was more apparent. The tensile strength and bending properties could be improved using higher welding velocity. The hardness distribution of the horizontal position welding joint could indicate its mechanical properties to a certain extent but the tensile strength of horizontal position weld had a close relationship with the amount and the distribution of welding defects.
