为解决粉料自动定量给料系统设备出料效率低、精度差、螺旋抖动出料数学模型建立困难等问题,将模糊控制技术应用到下料过程的抖动给料阶段,通过输入重量差值及其变化率进行模糊运算后,输出电机抖动的频率和幅度,实现了智能化控制,提高了出料的效率和精度。

To solve the problem of powder automatic quantitative feeding system equipment out of the low efficiency ,poor accu‐racy ,spiral shake out the mathematical model is established in this difficult problem ,the fuzzy control technology is applied to the blanking process of jitter feeding stage ,through input the weight difference and its change rate after fuzzy operations ,jitter fre‐quency and amplitude of the output motor ,realize the intelligent control ,improve the efficiency and precision of the discharge .
