问题、反思、求真是“渗透教师研究意识、提升教师研究能力”时易被忽视的三个关键性因素。教师研究意识的保持和强化、研究能力的修炼与提升,还受制于简约的管理方式和工作流程、宁静的研究氛围等外部因素与博学的积淀、思辨的能力等内部因素。
問題、反思、求真是“滲透教師研究意識、提升教師研究能力”時易被忽視的三箇關鍵性因素。教師研究意識的保持和彊化、研究能力的脩煉與提升,還受製于簡約的管理方式和工作流程、寧靜的研究氛圍等外部因素與博學的積澱、思辨的能力等內部因素。

Discovering problems in the teaching, making reflections and seeking the ways to solve the prob-lems are three key factors that likely to be overlooked in the teaching administration of “improving teachers’ research abilities and research awareness”. To strengthen the teachers’ research awareness and enhance their research capacity is difficult since it is affected by the external factors such as simple management and work processes, peaceful atmosphere of study, etc. . In addition, it is closely related to some internal factors such as the accumulation of knowledge, critical thinking abilities, and so on.
