通过对端面密封生产过程进行分析,结合影响因素“鱼骨图”,归纳出制约产品质量和生产效率的突出问题,在此基础上提出端面密封生产制造单元并开展管理优化研究。实践表明,通过实施管理优化措施后,有效提高了产品生产质量,关键零件合格率由10%提高至80%,生产效率提高了25%~50%,研制周期缩短了32.7%,有效解决了生产效率不高的难题。研究成果具有普适性指导意义,推广在其他型号产品研制和生产阶段效果明显。

By analyzing the face-seal manufacturing procedure and the“fishbone diagram”, four types of typical management problems that affect the face-seal quality and productivity are summarized. On this basis, a face-seal manufacturing unit is proposed and corresponding management optimizations are addressed. The results show that, by implementing the management optimization strategies, the face-seal quality and productivity are successfully improved with pass rate rising from 10% to 80%, productivity increasing by 25%~50%, and research period shortening 32.7%. The research method is applicable and dramatic for other rocket engine products in research and manufacture periods through management optimization.
