针对数据远距离传输过程中出现的信号失真、抗干扰能力差等问题,以测试仪和转位机构(包含控制盒)数据传输为例,提出了一种改进设计方案,即在转位机构上进行数据处理后,再将其经单片机串口RS422传输方式发送至控制盒,解决了信号远距离传输可靠性问题,提高了测试精度。
針對數據遠距離傳輸過程中齣現的信號失真、抗榦擾能力差等問題,以測試儀和轉位機構(包含控製盒)數據傳輸為例,提齣瞭一種改進設計方案,即在轉位機構上進行數據處理後,再將其經單片機串口RS422傳輸方式髮送至控製盒,解決瞭信號遠距離傳輸可靠性問題,提高瞭測試精度。

Aiming for the problems of signal distortion and poor anti-interference ability during the data remote transmission, an improved design method was presented with an example of data transmission between the test equipment and the rotary structure (including the control box). The processed data on the rotary structure was sent to the control box using RS422 by single chip computer, in order to solve the problem of signal transmission reliability at a distance and improve the testing precision.
