针对航天飞行器结构件轻量化、高比强度、耐高温以及高效成形等要求，开展了典型结构件的铸造技术研究。数值模拟结果和工艺试验表明，差压铸造结合缝隙式浇注系统可满足铸件的充型平稳和补缩要求，但容易在退让性差的部位产生裂纹。通过修改浇注系统、提高铸型退让性，实现了舱体的铸造成形，通过无损检测，舱体达到了I类铸件的要求。

Aimed at lightweight, high strength, thermal resistance, and high-efficiency forming of spacecraft structure, casting technology of high-strength and heat-resistant magnesium alloy cabin was investigated. Numerical simulation results and process tests showed that differentia-pressure casting and gap-pouring system could meet the smooth filling and shrinkage-feeding requirements, but tended to crack at the areas where the mold’s deformability was low. By modifying the pouring system and improving the mold’s deformability, the cabin was successfully formed. According to the non-destructive testing, the cast of cabin fulfilled the standards of Class I cast.
