利用自动化Plasma-MIG复合电弧焊接实验平台,进行了2219高强铝合金表面堆焊实验。结果显示:Plasma-MIG 复合电弧焊接工艺对铝合金具有良好的清理作用,能够改善高强铝合金的焊接性,提高焊缝组织硬度。等离子弧的引入改变了液态金属的流动方式,有利于过饱和氢气析出,减少焊缝气孔缺陷,当工艺参数匹配合理时,焊缝成形良好,可实现2219高强铝合金的高质量焊接。
利用自動化Plasma-MIG複閤電弧銲接實驗平檯,進行瞭2219高彊鋁閤金錶麵堆銲實驗。結果顯示:Plasma-MIG 複閤電弧銲接工藝對鋁閤金具有良好的清理作用,能夠改善高彊鋁閤金的銲接性,提高銲縫組織硬度。等離子弧的引入改變瞭液態金屬的流動方式,有利于過飽和氫氣析齣,減少銲縫氣孔缺陷,噹工藝參數匹配閤理時,銲縫成形良好,可實現2219高彊鋁閤金的高質量銲接。

2219 high strength aluminum alloy surfacing welding was completed by the automation Plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding system. The results show that there is a good cleaning effect in Plasma-MIG hybrid arc welding, and it is possible to improve the welding quality of high strength aluminum alloy and increase hardness of the solidified structure of weld metal. Plasma arc changes the flow of molten metal, accelerates precipitation of saturated hydrogen and reduces the porosity of weld bead. High quality welding for 2219 high strength aluminum alloy can be achieved when the process parameters match reasonably.
