介绍以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三种成分组成的共聚物(ABS)为材料制备的遥控器壳体注塑模具设计过程。通过对遥控器壳体塑件的结构及成型工艺分析,提出一模两腔的注塑模具结构,并基于UG8.0软件对注塑模具中各个部件进行了系统的设计,尤其是镶嵌的成型零部件和侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计,实现塑件复杂结构的一次成型,使整套模具结构更加紧凑,提高了生产效益和经济效益。
介紹以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三種成分組成的共聚物(ABS)為材料製備的遙控器殼體註塑模具設計過程。通過對遙控器殼體塑件的結構及成型工藝分析,提齣一模兩腔的註塑模具結構,併基于UG8.0軟件對註塑模具中各箇部件進行瞭繫統的設計,尤其是鑲嵌的成型零部件和側嚮分型與抽芯機構的設計,實現塑件複雜結構的一次成型,使整套模具結構更加緊湊,提高瞭生產效益和經濟效益。

The injection mould design of remote shells made by acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) was introduced. Through the analysis on the whole structures and the forming technology of the remote shells, an injection mould with one module and two cavities was proposed. Based on UG8.0, the different parts of this mould were designed, especially the independent shaping components and the core-pulling mechanism. The mould was compact in structure, meeting the forming of complicated structure and improving the economic benefit.
