近年来，随着社会的发展，高校图书馆特别是高职高专院校图书馆面临着生存困境，具体表现在读者到馆率逐年下降、文献借阅量逐年减少、读者阅读兴趣不高等。造成这种现场的根本原因是高职高专校园阅读文化建设的缺失。作为一名高职高专院校的图书馆工作人员，希望通过对高职高专院校阅读文化建设策略的研究，帮助高职高专院校图书馆走出当前面临的发展困境。结合高职高专校园阅读文化的构成要素，针对高职院校校园阅读活动存在的主要问题，该文从阅读行为文化、阅读精神心理文化两个方面有针对性地提出了高职高专院校校园阅读文化建设的策略。

With the development of society in recent years, university library especial y the vocational col ege library faces surviving difficulty, with the specific phenomena including the decreasing rate of reader’s coming to the library year by year, decreasing amount of lending literatures and the low reader’low reading interest. The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is the missing of vocational school’s literature resource construction.As a vocational col ege librarian, I hope through the study of reading cultural construction strategies of the vocational col ege, we can help the vocational col ege library extricate from the difficult position in its development path.Combining the elements of vocational school reading culture and the main problems existing campus reading activities in vocational col eges, this paper put forward a vocational col ege campus reading cultural construction strategies from two aspects of the reading behavior culture and the reading psychological culture.
