首先,以 Al 粉和钛白粉(TiO2)为原料,分别采用凝胶注模法、普通混合法和振动球磨法制备成m(Al 粉)∶m(TiO2粉)=1∶3.5的 Al-TiO2复合粉,然后分别将这三种 Al-TiO2复合粉按5%(w)的比例引入Al2 O3-C 材料中,以120 MPa 压力等静压成型为25 mm ×25 mm ×170 mm 的试样,然后在埋炭(焦炭)条件下于1300℃保温3 h 热处理,研究了 Al-TiO2复合粉对 Al2 O3-C 材料物理性能、抗热震性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:在 Al2 O3-C 材料中添加 Al-TiO2复合粉体能降低其显气孔率,提高其常温抗折强度和抗热震性,并以凝胶注模法制备的复合粉体的改善效果最明显;Al-TiO2复合粉体在 Al2 O3-C 材料中反应后生成内壁为致密陶瓷相的封闭孔洞;凝胶注模法制备的 Al-TiO2复合粉体中,TiO2粉能更充分地包裹金属 Al 粉,防止 Al 粉与Al2 O3-C 材料中的 C 反应,减少 Al4 C3的生成。

Using Al powder and titanium dioxide powder as raw materials,Al-TiO2 composite powders with m(Al powder)m(TiO2 powder)=1 3.5 were synthesized by gel casting,normal mixing and vibration ball milling,respectively.The three 5 mass% Al-TiO2 composite powders were introduced into Al2 O3-C materi-als,respectively.Specimens with size of 25 mm ×25 mm ×170 mm were formed by an isostatic press at pressure of 120 MPa and then were fired at 1 300 ℃ for 3 h embedded with coke.The effects of the three composite powders on the physical properties,thermal shock resistance and microstructure of specimens were studied.The results show that adding the Al-TiO2 composite powder in Al2 O3 -C materials can de-crease the apparent porosity,and improve the cold modulus of rupture and thermal shock resistance;the effect of the one prepared by gel casting is the most obvious;Al-TiO2 composite powder reacts in Al2 O3-C materials generating closed pores with dense ceramic inner walls;in the Al-TiO2 composite powder pre-pared by gel casting,TiO2 powder can more fully encapsulate metal Al powder,preventing the reaction be-tween Al and carbon and reducing the production of Al4 C3 .
