为了研究阻化剂对煤样初次与二次氧化特性的影响,选用KCl、CaCl2、MgCl2和NaCl等4种常用阻化剂对原煤样和初次氧化煤样分别进行处理,通过程序升温实验,研究阻化剂对煤的两次氧化过程自燃特性的影响程度。研究结果表明:阻化剂对初次氧化煤样的阻化率影响较大,对二次氧化煤样的耗氧速率影响较大,对两种煤样自燃的临界温度均有较大的提高;阻化剂对煤的初次氧化和二次氧化过程均有较好的阻化作用,对初次氧化煤样的阻化效果更明显;4种常见的氯盐类阻化剂对煤样两次氧化过程阻化能力大小的排序均为MgCl2>CaCl2>NaCl>KCl。

In this paper,four commonly-used inhibitors including KCl,CaCl2 ,MgCl2 and NaCl were chosen for processing the raw coal sample and the initially-oxidized coal sample in order to study the effect of the inhibitor on the initial and secondary oxidation characteristics of coal samples,and through the programmed temperature rise experiments,study was made on the influence degree of the inhibitors upon the coal spontaneous combustion in the process of the initial and secondary oxidation. The study results showed that the inhibitors had greater influence on the inhibiting rate of the initially-oxidized coal sample and greater influence on the oxygen consumption rate of the secondarily-oxidized coal sample, and they made the critical temperature of the spontaneous combustion of two coal samples to be increased greatly;the inhibitors had better inhibition effect on the initial and secondary oxidation process of coal samples, and their inhibition effect were more obvious on the initially-oxidized coal sample;and the inhibition capability of four commonly-used inhibitors to the coal samples in two oxidation process was MgCl2> CaCl2>NaCl>KCl.
