为实现矿山应急协同高效救援,实现灾区现场、救援指挥中心、应急资源调度的无缝衔接,构建了基于GIS可视化的矿山应急管理信息化平台体系,并对系统的功能及实现途径进行了研究。该系统将GIS技术与定位、通信、导航、网络、数据库等多种技术进行融合,实现事故救援过程中的多方协同救援,救援及调度过程在电子地图上的全程追踪与可视化监控,旨在提高应急响应速度、辅助指挥决策。

A visualized mine emergency management information system was developed based on GIS in order to realize the collaborative and efficient mine emergency rescue and the seamless joint between the disaster site,the rescue command center and the emergency resource dispatches,and study was made on the functions of the system and the approach to its realization. With GIS technology,this system merged a variety of technologies including the location,communication,navigation,network and database together,realized the multiple collaborative rescue, the whole tracking and visualization monitoring of the rescue and dispatch process on the electronic maps,the emergency response speed and the assistant decision-making ability were thus improved.
