针对现有煤矿钻机用夹持器的缺陷,将碟簧常闭夹持器及液压夹紧夹持器复合形成复式液压夹持器(复式夹持器)。通过建立夹持器进钻联动系统模型和传递函数,分析了影响进钻联动系统稳定性的因素;提出了夹持器卸钻联动系统模型和计算方法,建立系统的传递函数并进行分析。以某型钻机为例,运用仿真软件AMESIM对系统进行了仿真验证,实验表明:实验样机工作稳定、卸钻可靠,验证了钻机复式夹持器及其联动系统的正确性。
針對現有煤礦鑽機用夾持器的缺陷,將碟簧常閉夾持器及液壓夾緊夾持器複閤形成複式液壓夾持器(複式夾持器)。通過建立夾持器進鑽聯動繫統模型和傳遞函數,分析瞭影響進鑽聯動繫統穩定性的因素;提齣瞭夾持器卸鑽聯動繫統模型和計算方法,建立繫統的傳遞函數併進行分析。以某型鑽機為例,運用倣真軟件AMESIM對繫統進行瞭倣真驗證,實驗錶明:實驗樣機工作穩定、卸鑽可靠,驗證瞭鑽機複式夾持器及其聯動繫統的正確性。

To counter to the defects of the existing gripper used for the mine drilling machine,the disk-spring normally-closed gripper and hydraulic clamping gripper were combined together to constitute a multiple gripper. The model and transfer function of the multiple gripper drilling linkage system were established, and analysis was made on the factors affecting the stability of the drilling linkage system. The model and calculation method of the gripper linkage system for drill unloading were put forward,and the transfer function of this system was established and analyzed. By taking some type of drilling machine as an example,the simulation verification was conducted for the system with the simulation software AMESIM. The experiments indicated that the gripper can work stably and reliable drill unloading can be achieved,this proved the correctness of the gripper and its linkage system.
