以福州港罗源湾港区可门作业区10#、11#煤炭码头工程对海洋生态影响为研究目标,对施工前期、施工期和运营期的海洋生态监测数据进行了分析,分析结果表明,港口工程施工期建设会对海洋生物及其海洋生态环境产生一定影响,运营期其影响有所缓解。在此基础上,提出了开展环境监理、海洋生态跟踪监测以及海洋生态修复等环境保护措施。

The influences of 10#and 11#coal terminal of Luoyuan port in Fuzhou on marine ecology were taken as an example in this paper. According to the analysis of monitoring results of marine ecology during the pre?con?struction period, construction period and operation period, it is concluded that the port engineering has some envi?ronmental influences on the marine ecology during the construction period. However, the influence is reduced dur?ing operation period. In the aspect of the policies of environmental protection of marine ecology, the project con?struction units should carry out the tracking monitoring of marine ecology and environmental supervision and imple?ment conscientiously environmental protection measures.
