当前,地方本科院校教学管理制度的制定采用的是科层“精英模式”,在实施过程中存在着虚空、错位、乏力等失真现象。克服教学管理制度的缺陷,应该变革教学管理制度,确立主体性价值取向,消解科层管理的压力,科学决策,实行制度创新,构建良性的运行机制。
噹前,地方本科院校教學管理製度的製定採用的是科層“精英模式”,在實施過程中存在著虛空、錯位、乏力等失真現象。剋服教學管理製度的缺陷,應該變革教學管理製度,確立主體性價值取嚮,消解科層管理的壓力,科學決策,實行製度創新,構建良性的運行機製。

At present, the formulation of teaching management system of local undergraduate universities is using bureaucracy"elite mode", which the distortion phenomenon such as vanity, dislocation, lack of power exists in the process of implementation. To eliminate the defects of the teaching management institution, we should change the teaching management institution, establish the value orientation of subjectivity, clear up the pressure of bureaucratic management, implement scientific decision, innovate in-stitutes and structure benign operation mechanism.
