The deep affection to the home town and close relatives is the main content of Jin Jin’s prose creation, presenting the writers rich folk feelings. This was partly due to the writer’s experiences growing up in the countryside of southwest in Shandong Procinle. On the other hand, it is closely connected with ordinary people. In his later study and work, the writer also accepted the baptism of modern civilization, and set up the strong consciousness of intellectuals. And his prose, beyond the limitations of the“folk”, has the connotation of openness.
