英才教育关乎国家高层次人才的培养和整体人才培养质量的提高。我国实施英才教育利于实现教育公平、落实新课程理念、提高教师素质。在当下我国要提高教师对于英才教育的认识、积极发现身边的英才、重视英才学生兴趣的培养并允许“偏才”“怪才”的存在。
