早在20世纪90年代，数字资源的知识产权保护就引起了国外相关领域的高度重视，国内也制定和修订了相关法律法规，但近十年来著作权侵权案件仍大量出现，统计发现2003年后呈直线上升，2008年达到峰值。文章重点分析了几个涉及数字图书馆建设和服务的典型案例和常见问题，并针对性的提出若干解决对策，以供参考。

In the early 90's of the 20th Century,the intellectual property protection of digital resources has caused attention in foreign related fields.Relevant laws and regulations as well has been formulated and revised in China.However,over the past ten years,the copyright infringement cases still appeared in large numbers.According to statistics,the cases rose up dramatically after 2003,and reached a peak in 2008.This paper focuses on the analy-sis of several typical cases and some common problems relating to the construction and services of digital libraries, and puts forward some strategies for reference.
