许疃煤矿82联巷原有支护方式为36 U型钢支架喷浆支护,受巷道上方煤柱上高支承压力的影响,巷道变形强烈。根据巷道现有变形破坏特征,分析了其破坏内在原因,采用FLAC2D6.0软件对不同的支护方案进行数值模拟对比分析。结果表明,棚索协同支护+全断面注浆加固+底板高强锚网索支护,有效改善了巷道浅部围岩结构,现场工业性试验结果表明,巷道围岩变形量小,围岩变形得到有效控制。

The original support pattern of 82 linking roadway of Xutuan coal mine is 36 U-shaped steel bracket guniting,but affected by high bearing pressure on the coal pillar above roadway,the roadway deforms strongly.Bases on the characteristics of existing roadway deformation, analyzes the underlying causes of destruction. Adopts FLAC2D6.0 numerical simulation software,contrasts and analyzes the different support scheme.The results show that Shed cooperate with cable support,whole section grouting reinforcement and floor reinforced anchor net cable support can effectively improve shallow surrounding rock structure of roadway.On-site industrial test results show that the roadway surrounding rock deformation is tiny,the deformation of surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
