用金相显微镜和万能材料试验机等技术研究了4032铝合金挤压棒材的热处理组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,对于4032铝合金挤压棒材,经固溶处理520±2℃×3h、自然时效3h、人工时效170±2℃×200min 处理后,获得最佳的综合力学性能,其抗拉强度达378MPa,屈服强度达329MPa,断后伸长率达5.3%。
用金相顯微鏡和萬能材料試驗機等技術研究瞭4032鋁閤金擠壓棒材的熱處理組織和力學性能。研究結果錶明,對于4032鋁閤金擠壓棒材,經固溶處理520±2℃×3h、自然時效3h、人工時效170±2℃×200min 處理後,穫得最佳的綜閤力學性能,其抗拉彊度達378MPa,屈服彊度達329MPa,斷後伸長率達5.3%。

The paper highlighted the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4032 aluminum bar stock in heat treatment process using metal ographic microscope and universal testing machine.The results showed that the best artificial aging processing of 4032 al oy after solution treatment of 520 ±2℃/3h was 170 ±2℃/200min,at this condition,the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break could get to 378MPa、329MPa and 5.3% respectively.
