为了改善镁合金板材的耐腐蚀性能,文章采用轧制复合工艺,将 A5052铝板包覆在 AZ31B 镁合金铸轧板坯表面,通过多道次大压下轧制工艺制备出了镁/铝复合板,并考察了复合工艺、热处理工艺对复合板组织、力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当轧制温度为300~400℃、道次压下率为30%~40%时,镁、铝板材可以实现良好的复合,但随着复合板材热处理温度的提高,复合界面脆化程度增大,板材力学性能下降,镁/铝复合板材的热处理温度应控制在 H24温度以下。

To improve corrosion resistance of magnesium al oy sheet,the paper presented the process of fabricating Mg /Al composite sheet:by applying accumulative rol bonding to AZ31B magnesium al oy clad with A5052 aluminum al oy.The paper also studies effects of composite manufacturing process and heat treatment on microstructure,mechanical properties.The results show that the magnesium and aluminum sheet could achieve excel ent bonding at rol ing temperature range of 300℃ to 400℃ and with 30% to 40% reduction in pass;However,with the increase in heat treatment temperature,embrittlement of the composite interface increased and mechanical properties decreased;heat treatment temperature should not exceed H24.
