铝合金保温炉中使用透气砖底吹净化技术对6063铝液进行精炼,每100g Al 氢含量由净化前的0.44~0.52Nml下降至精炼后的0.19~0.25Nml,除氢效率达50%以上,相比传统插入式喷枪吹气精炼方式,除氢效率提高20%以上。
鋁閤金保溫爐中使用透氣磚底吹淨化技術對6063鋁液進行精煉,每100g Al 氫含量由淨化前的0.44~0.52Nml下降至精煉後的0.19~0.25Nml,除氫效率達50%以上,相比傳統插入式噴鎗吹氣精煉方式,除氫效率提高20%以上。

The paper highlighted the method for the purification of 6063 molten aluminum using purging plugs in holding furnace. The test indicated that hydrogen content of 0.19 ~0.25Nml per 100g of Al decreased to 0.44 ~0.52Nml and removal efficiency in excess of 50% during refining process,leading to improved hydrogen removal efficiency(>20%)compared to conventional blowing lance for refining.
