分析了液化天然气工厂重烃脱除的现状及存在的问题,对比了多种重烃脱除方案的优劣性。以华油天然气股份有限公司处理规模为100×104 m3/d(20℃,101.325 kPa)的广元LNG工厂现有装置为例,在脱水单元后新增1套脱重烃装置可取得良好的重烃脱除效果,减少重烃闪蒸气量,提高天然气液化率,降低LNG产品的比功耗,促进装置长周期满负荷稳定运行。

Current situation and existing problem of heavy hydrocarbon removal process in the LNG plant were analyzed .Taking the existing devices in Guangyuan LNG plant of China Natural Gas Corporation Limited as example ,the processing capacity of which was 1 000 × 103 m3/d(at 20 ℃ and 101 .325 kPa) ,it is helpful to improve the effect of heavy hydrocarbon removal by adding a new ad‐sorption equipment following the dehydration unit .Meanwhile ,it can reduce the flow rate of flash gas ,increase the liquefaction ratio of the natural gas ,and decrease the unit energy consumption ,as well as promote keeping the plant for a long‐term and stable full load operation .
