实验室采用抚顺石油化工研究院富集培养的硝化细菌对某煤气化过程中产生的废水进行生物法深度净化处理研究。在碳氮比为2∶1条件下,当进水 COD 浓度为526 mg/L、氨氮浓度为164 mg/L 时,经4~5小时生物处理后出水 COD 平均浓度为45 mg/L、氨氮平均浓度为4.7 mg/L、总氮平均浓度为4.8 mg/L。

Wastewater from coal gasiifcation is bio-treated in a pilot plant which includes 2 stirring reactors and 3-phrased aeration. Setting C/N at 2:1 and with COD concentration at 526 mg/L, ammonia concentration at 164 mg/L and the total salt content at 1 600 mg/L in the inlfuent, after 4 hours of nitrobacteria processing, in the eflfuent the average concentrations of COD, ammonia and TN are reduced to 45 mg/L, 4.7 mg/L and 4.8 mg/L respectively, the total hardness is reduced to166.3 mg/L from 934 mg/L, and the total salt content is reduced to 925 mg/L. The eflfuent properties all meet requirements for water reuse.
