原油劣质化和油品清洁化的趋势导致炼厂对氢气的需求日益增加。为降低氢气成本,当前对氢气系统的优化多集中在以氢源、氢阱构成的氢气网络优化匹配方面,对包含用氢装置、氢气回收装置和相关设备在内的企业氢气系统优化论述较少。本文在分析氢气优化的措施基础上,提出了一种系统化的氢气系统优化方法和策略,包括优化装置用氢的纯度与总量、提高副产氢量、优化管网级数、按氢气纯度合理匹配氢源和氢阱、回收利用氢气资源、优化制氢工艺和原料、提高关键设备效率等。对从实际操作角度优化企业氢气系统、合理利用氢气、降低氢气成本具有一定的指导作用。

The trends of inferior feedstock and clean fuel lead to gradual increase for hydrogen demand in a reifnery. To reduce the cost, the optimization of hydrogen system mostly focuses on the matches between hydrogen sources and hydrogen sinks nowadays, not including the hydrogen-consuming units, hydrogen-recycling units and relevant equipment etc. Based on the analysis of varies optimization measures of hydrogen system, the paper comes up with a comprehensive and systematic optimization method and strategy, including optimizing the purity and mass of hydrogen in demand, increasing mass of byproduct hydrogen, optimizing the amount of intermediate levels, matching hydrogen sources and hydrogen sinks properly according to purity, recycling hydrogen, optimizing the process and feedstock of hydrogen plant, improving the efifciency critical equipment etc. Furthermore, the method and procedure of optimizing hydrogen system are summarized and illustrated from a logic and practical standpoint. The proposed method and strategy play a signiifcant role in utilizing hydrogen properly and reducing hydrogen cost effectively.
