福岛事件以后,核电站承受超设计基准地震能力受到广泛关注。作为抗震裕度分析( SMA)的一部分,需要对仪控设备进行继电器震颤,以评估在发生超设计基准地震事故时(例如1.67倍安全停堆地震),电仪设备能否正确执行预期安全功能。基于国内现状和EPRI NP?6041?SL等报告,给出了继电器震颤分析范围、分析流程、分析方法,根据实际经验提出了分析假设和改进方案,并以福清核电站停堆断路器、稳压器电加热器配电盘、稳压器安全阀控制回路为典型对象进行了分析,分析结果表明福清核电厂在审查级地震下的继电器震颤是可接受的。

The safety of the nuclear power plants under the strong earthquake beyond the design?basis level is widely focused since Fukushima accident. In order to evaluate whether the anticipated safety function is performed at the earthquake beyond the design?basis level (e.g. 1.67 times of safe shutdown earthquake), the relay chatter analysis shall be performed as part of seismic margin assessment ( SMA) work. This paper discusses the methodology of the relay chatter analysis for I&C equipment based on the situation in China and EPRI NP?6041?SL, which includes a?nalysis scope, procedure and method. Also, the analysis hypothesis and the improvement suggestion are proposed according to the practical experience. Three typical analysis cases of the reactor trip breaker board, pressurizer heater power supply switchboard, and pressurizer safety valve control circuit are presented. The analysis result proves that the relay chatter under the review level earthquake ( RLE) is acceptable for Fuqing nuclear power plant.
