目的：探讨AF椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的机理及临床意义。方法选取经CT确诊的胸腰段骨折患者41例，对其使用AF系统复位固定，观察其临床效果，总结其临床意义。结果本组患者经治疗后仅14例患者出现不同程度胸腰椎部疼痛，4例患者椎体前缘高度出现小幅度丢失，其余患者预后情况良好，未出现神经根相关损伤。结论行AF系统对胸腰段患者进行复位固定治疗的临床效果较为突出，患者预后情况较好，复位更加精确，在调整畸形方面起重要作用，值得推广于临床实践中。
목적：탐토AF추궁근라정계통치료흉요추골절적궤리급림상의의。방법선취경CT학진적흉요단골절환자41례，대기사용AF계통복위고정，관찰기림상효과，총결기림상의의。결과본조환자경치료후부14례환자출현불동정도흉요추부동통，4례환자추체전연고도출현소폭도주실，기여환자예후정황량호，미출현신경근상관손상。결론행AF계통대흉요단환자진행복위고정치료적림상효과교위돌출，환자예후정황교호，복위경가정학，재조정기형방면기중요작용，치득추엄우림상실천중。
[ ABSTRACT] Objective To discuss and analyze the mechanism and clinical significance of AF pedicle screw system in the treat -ment of thoracolumbar fractures .Methods Forty-one cases from thoracolumbar fracture patients who were diagnosed of CT were selected , fixed with AF system and the clinical effect and its clinical significance were observed .Results Among these treated patients ,only 14 pa-tients appeared different degree of thoracic lumbar pain ,four patients lossed the fanterior flange height in small range ,the prognosis of the re-maining patients were good and didn't appear nerve root injury .Conclusion The clinical effect that used AF system in patients with thoraco-lumbar fixation is more prominent and the prognosis is better ,this treatment method make the restoration more accurately and has played a im-portant role in adjusting deformity and is deserved to be promoted .
