目的：探讨应用腓肠神经营养血管链式穿支皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部皮肤缺损的方法及临床效果。方法2006年～2013年应用非恒定蒂腓肠神经营养血管链式穿支皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损23例，术前应用多普勒大体测定各穿支位置，利用腓肠神经营养血管链式供血特点，选择距创面直线距离最近的穿支点做为旋转点切取皮瓣修复创面。结果术后23例皮瓣全部成活，经过6个月～2年随访，外观满意。结论非恒定蒂腓肠神经营养血管链式穿支皮瓣不受蒂部位置限制，切取灵活，是一种修复小腿及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的较好方法。
목적：탐토응용비장신경영양혈관련식천지피판수복소퇴급족과부피부결손적방법급림상효과。방법2006년～2013년응용비항정체비장신경영양혈관련식천지피판수복소퇴급족과부피부연조직결손23례，술전응용다보륵대체측정각천지위치，이용비장신경영양혈관련식공혈특점，선택거창면직선거리최근적천지점주위선전점절취피판수복창면。결과술후23례피판전부성활，경과6개월～2년수방，외관만의。결론비항정체비장신경영양혈관련식천지피판불수체부위치한제，절취령활，시일충수복소퇴급족과부피부연조직결손적교호방법。
[ ABSTRACT] Objective To explore the operative technique and clinical results of using sural neurofasciocuta-neous chain perforator flaps to repair skin and soft tissue defects in lower extremities .Methods Twenty-three patients with skin and soft tissue defects of leg and foot from 2006 to 2013 were repaired with sural neurofasciocutaneous chain perforator flaps.The preoperative location of perforator vessel was made by Duplex ,and the nearest perforator to wound was selected as the rotation point to design flaps .Results Twenty-three flaps survived completely .Patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,the appearance of flaps were satisfactory .Conclusion It is a suitable method to repair soft-tissue defects of lower leg ankle and foot with sural neurofasciocutaneous chain perforator flaps .
