P2P网络借贷平台很好地解决了中小企业尤其是小微企业和个体户的融资难问题，拥有巨大的市场，却接连倒闭。在探讨行业现状和运营模式的基础上，分析了P2P借贷平台存在的风险，并提出了针对这些风险可采取的应对措施。
P2P網絡藉貸平檯很好地解決瞭中小企業尤其是小微企業和箇體戶的融資難問題，擁有巨大的市場，卻接連倒閉。在探討行業現狀和運營模式的基礎上，分析瞭P2P藉貸平檯存在的風險，併提齣瞭針對這些風險可採取的應對措施。

The Peer-to-Peer network lending platform, with a huge market, solves the financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises especially the small and micro businesses and personals as well, but such enterprises closed down one after another. Based on the discussion of industry status and operation model, we analyzed the risk of the Peer-to-Peer lending platform, and put forward the risk prevention strategies.
