合成了系列茶皂素基表面活性剂(TRF),并将其应用于10.8%精喹禾灵乳油配方中,实验发现,TRF-10与NP-10在乳化性能上非常接近,可以成为NP-10的替代品。由TRF-10磷酸酯(TRF-10P)制备的20%三唑磷水乳剂平均粒径较小,热贮后粒径变化不大,是稳定性比较好的乳液体系,TRF-10P用量为7%时,20%三唑磷水乳剂的稳定性最佳。

Novel tea saponin-based surfactants (TRF) were synthesized, and used to prepare quizalofop-P-ethyl 10.8% EC. The results indicated that emulsifying properties of TRF-10 was similar to those of NP-10, TRF-10 could replace NP-10 to use in preparation. TRF-10P was synthesized from TRF-10 and phosphorus pentoxide and it was used for preparing triazophos 20% EW. The average particle sizes of triazophos 20% EW prepared by TRF-10P was smaller and showed little change after the thermal storage. When the amount of TRF-10P was 7%, the stability of triazophos 20% EW was the best.
