采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+冰乙酸水溶液(pH=3.0,体积比40∶60)为流动相,经ODS-BP色谱柱分离,在280 nm波长下对40%氰霜·氟啶胺悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:氰霜唑和氟啶胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998,变异系数分别为0.43%和0.23%,平均回收率分别为99.52%和99.80%。

A method was established for determination of cyazofamid +fluazinam 40% SC by HPLC on ODS-BP column with DAD at 280 nm, using acetonitrile + acetic acid aqueous solution (pH=3, volume ratio of 40︰60). The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of cyazofamid andfluazinam were 0.9999 and 0.9998, the variation coefficient were 0.43% and 0.23%, the average recoveries were 99.52% and 99.80%.
