采用HP-5毛细管柱和FID检测器,以1,2-二苯乙烷为内标物,建立气相色谱分析方法对溴丁酰草胺及杂质进行分离。该方法分离效果好,准确度高,重现性好且操作简单、快速。方法的标准偏差为0.11,变异系数为0.12%,相关系数为0.9996,平均回收率为99.47%。

The separation and determination method of bromobutide TC was established by GC with HP-5 column and FID detector, using diphenyl ethane as internal standard. The result indicated that the standard deviation for bromobutide was 0.11, the coefficient of variation was 0.12%, the linear correlation was 0.9996, and the average recovery was 99.47%. The method had the advantages as high efficiency, accuracy and good reproducibility.
