建立草甘膦钾盐水剂的鉴别检测方法。以5 mmol/L甲磺酸水溶液为流动相,采用CS 12A离子色谱柱(含CG 12A保护柱)以及电导检测器对草甘膦钾盐水剂中的钾离子进行鉴别检测。结果表明:方法线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差小于0.1,变异系数小于1.0%,平均回收率为100.65%。该方法能够用于鉴别检测草甘膦钾盐水剂的有效成分。
建立草甘膦鉀鹽水劑的鑒彆檢測方法。以5 mmol/L甲磺痠水溶液為流動相,採用CS 12A離子色譜柱(含CG 12A保護柱)以及電導檢測器對草甘膦鉀鹽水劑中的鉀離子進行鑒彆檢測。結果錶明:方法線性相關繫數為0.9999,標準偏差小于0.1,變異繫數小于1.0%,平均迴收率為100.65%。該方法能夠用于鑒彆檢測草甘膦鉀鹽水劑的有效成分。
건립초감련갑염수제적감별검측방법。이5 mmol/L갑광산수용액위류동상,채용CS 12A리자색보주(함CG 12A보호주)이급전도검측기대초감련갑염수제중적갑리자진행감별검측。결과표명:방법선성상관계수위0.9999,표준편차소우0.1,변이계수소우1.0%,평균회수솔위100.65%。해방법능구용우감별검측초감련갑염수제적유효성분。
The discrimination method of glyphosate-potassium AS was established by Ion Chromatography (IC) using 5 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase,CS 12A ion column (including CG 12A guard column) and conductivity detector. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9999, the standard deviation was less than 0.1, the coefficient of variation was less than 1.0%, the average recovery was 100.65%. The method was precise, accurate and simple, could be used to discriminate the active ingredient in glyphosate- potassium AS.
