本文介绍了一种用于战斗机机载成员逃逸系统点火装置的设计。本系统采用4路集成化金属化高功率光纤耦合输出激光器模块作为点火光源,光纤芯径105μm,光纤输出功率0-5W可调。设计了基于固体继电器的激光器驱动电路,采用嵌入式微处理器控制多路激光起爆器,可精确实现多个机位的泄压、抛放舱盖、座椅弹射等系列动作,采用双路冗余的方法提高点火可靠性,与传统导爆索方式相比具有控制时序精准、可靠性高、更易实现复杂逻辑等优点。
本文介紹瞭一種用于戰鬥機機載成員逃逸繫統點火裝置的設計。本繫統採用4路集成化金屬化高功率光纖耦閤輸齣激光器模塊作為點火光源,光纖芯徑105μm,光纖輸齣功率0-5W可調。設計瞭基于固體繼電器的激光器驅動電路,採用嵌入式微處理器控製多路激光起爆器,可精確實現多箇機位的洩壓、拋放艙蓋、座椅彈射等繫列動作,採用雙路冗餘的方法提高點火可靠性,與傳統導爆索方式相比具有控製時序精準、可靠性高、更易實現複雜邏輯等優點。

This paper describes the design of laser ignition system for fighter escape ejection system. The system adopts metal, integrated high power fiber coupled laser modules as the igniting light source, with fiber core diameter 105μ m and optical output power 0-5W adjustable. The laser driving circuit is based on solid relay. The laser ignition system uses embedded microprocessor to control multiple laser detonator, and can accurately achieve relief, throwing cover, seats ejection in at most three locations. The ignition system adopts dual redundant methods to improve ignition reliability, and has such advantages as precise timing control, high reliability, easier to implement complex logic and so on comparing with the traditional way of detonating cord.
