在描述扫描镜系统原理基础上,介绍了使用奇-奇频率随机相位多正弦信号获得系统噪声估计和的非线性频率特性检测方法。对扫描镜系统的死区和功率级非线性进行测量,给出功率级的分段拟合函数。使用随机相位多正弦信号获得系统频率响应函数的最佳线性近似模型及其标准差估计。实验表明,系统功率级存在明显的非线性效应,使系统等效启动电压提高为计算值的1.7倍;扫描镜系统的非线性特性主要存在于激励信号基频的奇数倍处,且远低于系统的线性输出,可在线性框架下对其进行分析与设计。获取的系统频率响应函数和不确定性估计可为鲁棒控制器设计提供设计依据。

The principle of the system is presented. And then, the odd-odd frequency RPMS is introduced to get the estimation of noise, detection of nonlinear distortion, and the best linear approximation (BLA) of frequency response function (FRF) of the system. Finally, the dead zone of the scanning mirror system and nonlinearity of power amplifier (PA) is measured, fitting function of PA is given, and the BLA of FRF of the system is obtained by using different realizations of RPMS. Experiment results indicate that the nonlinearity of PA makes equivalent starting voltage of the system increase to a value of linear theory multiplied by 1.7, increasing the system’s dead-zone effect. The nonlinearity of the system is mainly located at odd frequency with lower value than the corresponding linear output, and it decreases with increasing frequency. The estimation of system’s FRF and corresponding uncertainty provides the base designing robust controller.
