为了实现对机载光电侦查平台内方位、内俯仰框架的旋转角度进行高精度的测量，建立了基于偏心原理的利用高精度电容式角位移传感器进行角位移测量的测量方法。利用检测面旋转中心与框架旋转中心的不重合所产生的一定偏心，在框架进行旋转时，检测面与电容式角位移传感器的安装面之间的距离会产生一定规律的变化。并依据此原理设计了一套实验装置。实验结果表明，框架的旋转角度在范围内时，电容式角度传感器测量的角度值与距离具有良好的的线性度。电容式角度传感器的测量精度优于15"。完全满足对机载光电侦查平台内方位和内俯仰框架进行高精度角位移测量的需要。

To achieve the accuracy rotation angle of airborne opto-electronic platform framework,a measurement method using high precision capacitive angular displacement sensor is established,which is based on the principle of eccentric.As the roation center which is caused by non-superposition between the roation center of detect surface and framework,the distance between the detect surface and the installation place of angular displacement sensor will changes by a certain regular,when the framework is rotating.A experiment installation is designed based on the above principle.The experimental results showed that,when the rotation angular of framework was in the range of ±5°,there was a good linearity between the angular measured by capacitive angular sensor and displacement.The precision of capacitive angular sensor was better than15",which fully meet the requirement of measuring the angular of airborne opto-electronic platform framework with high precision.
