为了实现对机载光电侦查平台内方位、内俯仰框架的旋转角度进行高精度的测量,建立了基于偏心原理的利用高精度电容式角位移传感器进行角位移测量的测量方法。利用检测面旋转中心与框架旋转中心的不重合所产生的一定偏心,在框架进行旋转时,检测面与电容式角位移传感器的安装面之间的距离会产生一定规律的变化。并依据此原理设计了一套实验装置。实验结果表明,框架的旋转角度在范围内时,电容式角度传感器测量的角度值与距离具有良好的的线性度。电容式角度传感器的测量精度优于15"。完全满足对机载光电侦查平台内方位和内俯仰框架进行高精度角位移测量的需要。
為瞭實現對機載光電偵查平檯內方位、內俯仰框架的鏇轉角度進行高精度的測量,建立瞭基于偏心原理的利用高精度電容式角位移傳感器進行角位移測量的測量方法。利用檢測麵鏇轉中心與框架鏇轉中心的不重閤所產生的一定偏心,在框架進行鏇轉時,檢測麵與電容式角位移傳感器的安裝麵之間的距離會產生一定規律的變化。併依據此原理設計瞭一套實驗裝置。實驗結果錶明,框架的鏇轉角度在範圍內時,電容式角度傳感器測量的角度值與距離具有良好的的線性度。電容式角度傳感器的測量精度優于15"。完全滿足對機載光電偵查平檯內方位和內俯仰框架進行高精度角位移測量的需要。

To achieve the accuracy rotation angle of airborne opto-electronic platform framework,a measurement method using high precision capacitive angular displacement sensor is established,which is based on the principle of eccentric.As the roation center which is caused by non-superposition between the roation center of detect surface and framework,the distance between the detect surface and the installation place of angular displacement sensor will changes by a certain regular,when the framework is rotating.A experiment installation is designed based on the above principle.The experimental results showed that,when the rotation angular of framework was in the range of ±5°,there was a good linearity between the angular measured by capacitive angular sensor and displacement.The precision of capacitive angular sensor was better than15",which fully meet the requirement of measuring the angular of airborne opto-electronic platform framework with high precision.
