为了保证无人机载光电平台稳定可靠的工作,实现了一种升降机构的优化设计。针对载荷重量、行程大小、升降时间等关键指标,设计出一种满足接口要求和设计约束条件并且工作稳定可靠的升降结构。优选确定螺旋传动形式的升降方式,进而确定了系统的工作原理和工作流程。结合实际结构形式,确定了电机、齿形带、齿形带轮和丝杠螺母副等关键单元的的选型,保证系统能够在负载为22 kg情况下,完成275 mm的总行程,所需时间为16.2 s,总质量为4.8 kg。试验验证表明系统工作稳定可靠,对同类型升降机构的设计具有一定的工程借鉴意义。
為瞭保證無人機載光電平檯穩定可靠的工作,實現瞭一種升降機構的優化設計。針對載荷重量、行程大小、升降時間等關鍵指標,設計齣一種滿足接口要求和設計約束條件併且工作穩定可靠的升降結構。優選確定螺鏇傳動形式的升降方式,進而確定瞭繫統的工作原理和工作流程。結閤實際結構形式,確定瞭電機、齒形帶、齒形帶輪和絲槓螺母副等關鍵單元的的選型,保證繫統能夠在負載為22 kg情況下,完成275 mm的總行程,所需時間為16.2 s,總質量為4.8 kg。試驗驗證錶明繫統工作穩定可靠,對同類型升降機構的設計具有一定的工程藉鑒意義。

In order to ensure the photoelectric platform’s work of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) stable and reliable, an optimal design of lifting mechanism is implemented. In view of the key indicators such as load weight, run length, and lifting time, ascending and descending structure is designed which meet the requirements of interface,the design constraints and perform stable and reliable work. Screw transmission form of lifting is optimized, and the working principle and working process of the system are finally determined. Combined with the actual structure, the key units such as the motor, cog belt, cog belt wheel and screw nut pair are determined, which guarantee system can complete 275 mm total trip under the condition of load of 22 kg, the time needed is 16.2 and the total mass is 4.8 kg. Experiments show that system is stable and reliable, which has a certain engineering significance to the design of the same type lifting mechanism.
