目的：探讨肝胆 B 超影像学检查在健康体检项目中的应用价值．方法：对我院2011／2012参与体检的3126例个体进行肝胆 B 超检查，观察 B 超的检出率和检测种类．结果：3126例个体中，脂肪肝521例，肝囊肿227例，肝硬化4例，胆囊息肉样变112例，胆囊结石243例，胆囊炎19例，其它20例，阳性人数1146例，阳性率达36．66％．结论：健康体检项目中使用肝胆 B 超进行检查，能及时发现肝胆疾病，对肝胆疾病的早期诊断和治疗有着非常重要的作用，从而能有效提高人们的生活质量和健康水平．

목적：탐토간담 B 초영상학검사재건강체검항목중적응용개치．방법：대아원2011／2012삼여체검적3126례개체진행간담 B 초검사，관찰 B 초적검출솔화검측충류．결과：3126례개체중，지방간521례，간낭종227례，간경화4례，담낭식육양변112례，담낭결석243례，담낭염19례，기타20례，양성인수1146례，양성솔체36．66％．결론：건강체검항목중사용간담 B 초진행검사，능급시발현간담질병，대간담질병적조기진단화치료유착비상중요적작용，종이능유효제고인문적생활질량화건강수평．
AIM:To investigate the applications of liver and gallbladder type-B ultrasonic in health examination project. METHODS:3 126 individuals participated in physical examina-tion of liver and gallbladder type-B ultrasonic in our hospital from 2011 to 2012.The detection rate of B ultrasound and types were observed.RESULTS:In 3 126 individuals,there were 521 ca-ses of fatty liver,227 cases of liver cyst,4 cases of cirrhosis,112 cases of polypoid lesion of gallbladder (PLG),243 cases of gall-stones,19 cases of cholecystitis,and 20 cases with symptoms. The number of positive cases were 1 146,and the positive rate reached 36.66%.CONCLUSION:The use of liver and gall-bladder type-B ultrasonic in health examination can detect hepato-biliary disease timely,playing a very important role in early diag-nosis and treatment of hepatobiliary disease,which can effectively improve people's quality of life and health.
