目的：对股骨近端锁定钢板改良治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨顺转子间骨折的疗效进行探讨．方法：选取我院收治的40例老年骨质疏松性股骨顺转子间骨折患者为研究对象，对所有患者实施股骨近端锁定钢板改良治疗，并观察和比较患者的预后．结果：手术时间平均为（40．2±3．2）min，平均出血量为（112．3±2．5）mL．随访显示患者无切口感染以及死亡例数，3个月内均骨性愈合，下肢负重恢复正常．术后5个月复查显示，1例患者颈干角轻度丢失，9例存在前倾角丢失．治疗后的 Harris 髋关节功能评分相比治疗前的分值更高，有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）．结论：采用股骨近端锁定钢板改良对老年骨质疏松性股骨顺转子间骨折进行治疗疗效理想，安全可靠，值得普及和应用．

AIM:To discuss the effect of proximal femoral loc-king plate improved treatment of osteoporotic femur fractures along the rotor in the elderly.METHODS:40 patients with osteoporot-ic femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected as the study subject.All patients received improved treatment of proximal femoral locking plate,and then we observed and com-pared the prognosis of patients.RESULTS:The mean operative time was (40.2 ±3.2)min,the average blood loss was (112.3 ±2.5)mL.Follow-up showed no wound infection and death in patients,fractures healed within three months,and lower limbs returned to normal.Recheck at the fifth month showed that there was one patient with mild collodiaphyseal angle lost,and 9 cases with anteversion angle lost.After treatment scores of Harris were higher than that of prior treatment,and the difference was statisti-cally significant (P <0.05).CONCLUSION:The efficacy is i-deal to use proximal femoral locking plate improved treatment in osteoporotic femur fractures along the rotor in the elderly,and the treatment is safe and reliable.It is worth popularizing and apply-ing.
