目的:为了进一步研究和探讨多媒体教学系统在提升狗小肠吻合术实践教学质量中的实际效果,从而为相关的临床实践教学研究提供指导和帮助.方法:本文选取我校200名2010级临床专业的本科学生为研究对象,随机将200名学员分成两组,分别为传统教学组和多媒体教学组,每次学员数量均为100名,传统教学组学员采用传统课堂教学的方法进行教学,多媒体教学组学员采用“快思聪”(CRESTRON)多媒体教学系统进行教学.结果:在手术整体流程掌握情况和手术操作重点环节掌握情况两个方面的考试得分水平上组间比较,传统教学组学员的得分水平显著低于多媒体教学组学员的得分水平,且组间比较,均 P <0.05;总满意率组间比较,多媒体教学组学员的水平显著高于传统教学组学员的水平,且P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论:采用多媒体教学系统可以有效的提升狗小肠吻合术实践的教学质量,同时对于改善课堂教学满意度也具有重要的意义.

AIM:To further study and explore the practical effect of multimedia teaching system in enhancing the practical teaching quality of dog small intestine anastomosis,so as to pro-vide guidance and help for the related teaching research.METH-ODS:200 clinical undergraduate students of 2010 in our school were chosen as the research object.The 200 participants were randomly divided into two groups,namely the traditional teaching group and the multimedia group,and 100 cases in each group. The traditional teaching group was taken with traditional classroom teaching method,and the multimedia teaching group was taken with Crestron (CRESTRON ) multimedia teaching system for teaching.RESULTS:The overall process of surgery and surgical operations mastery two key aspects of the examination score levels compared between the two groups,the traditional teaching group was significantly lower than the level of the multimedia teaching students (P <0.05).The overall satisfaction rates compared be-tween the two groups,the multimedia group participants were sig-nificantly higher than the level of traditional teaching group partic-ipants (P <0.05),and the differences were statistically signifi-cant.CONCLUSION:The application of multimedia teaching system can effectively improve the practical teaching quality of dog intestinal anastomosis,while it also has important significance for improving classroom teaching satisfaction.
