目的：分析医院中药房质量管理现存问题，并提出相关改进举措。方法：通过对我院中药存放环境、中药真伪、有效期、制剂调配及领药申请等程序的检查，了解中药房质量管理现存的问题，并提出相关改进举措。结果：存库质量把关不严格，中药存放环境不符合标准，中药炮制过程不规范，领药申请管理程序不当等是我院中药房主要的存在问题。个别药材经销商为谋取暴利，以次充好，甚至掺假制假，以假乱真。调查发现，茯苓丁、红花及菟丝子三种药材伪品率最高。结论：严把药材入库关，严格执行中药炮制规范，加强中药房人员、中药房环境及设备管理，对促进中药房管理的规范性及科学性，确保中药饮片质量以及保障患者利益具有重要意义。
목적：분석의원중약방질량관리현존문제，병제출상관개진거조。방법：통과대아원중약존방배경、중약진위、유효기、제제조배급령약신청등정서적검사，료해중약방질량관리현존적문제，병제출상관개진거조。결과：존고질량파관불엄격，중약존방배경불부합표준，중약포제과정불규범，령약신청관리정서불당등시아원중약방주요적존재문제。개별약재경소상위모취폭리，이차충호，심지참가제가，이가란진。조사발현，복령정、홍화급토사자삼충약재위품솔최고。결론：엄파약재입고관，엄격집행중약포제규범，가강중약방인원、중약방배경급설비관리，대촉진중약방관리적규범성급과학성，학보중약음편질량이급보장환자이익구유중요의의。
AIM:To analyze the existing problems of hospital pharmacy quality management and propose related improvement measures.METHODS:The storage environment,the authentici-ty,validity,preparation and applications of getting drug of tradi-tional Chinese medicine were checked,and the existing problems were analyzed and improvement initiatives were proposed.RE-SULTS:There are many main problems in our dispensary TCM, such as quality control is not strict,herbs storage environment don't meet the standard,TCMprocessing is not standardized,and application to get herbs was improper.Some herbs dealer provide low quality herbs to profiteer.The survey found that herbs with highest adulterants ratio are Poria Ding,Saffron and Dodder. CONCLUSION:We should control the herbs warehousing and prepare TCM strictly,strengthen pharmacy personnel,environ-ment and equipment management,which are important to promote the normative and scientific management of pharmacy,ensure the quality of herbal medicine,and protect the interests of the pa-tient.
