This paper describes problems and reasons of safe- ty grounding of urban rail traffic conversion equipment, anal- yzed the ungrounded possible problems. According to the gr- ounded and ungrounded situation of switching device, the au- thor analyzes the present situation of the actual use, and sugge- sted that urban track traffic switching device should be in- stalled in line with ungrounded design and treatment.
