目的：对针刺治疗稳定型心绞痛的现代临床研究文献进行频数统计分析，总结其针灸选穴规律。方法：收集1950-2013年有关针灸治疗稳定型心绞痛的现代临床文献，临床观察病例数在20例以上，疗效50%以上的文献，对其取穴、归经使用频数、排序进行统计分析。结果：符合条件文献共40篇，共有15篇文章进行辨证分型，选用辨证分型的证型共27个，共使用44个穴位，总频次为240次，出现频次占3%以上的经穴11个，阳经穴3个，阴经穴6个，任脉2个，其中排名前5依次为内关、心俞、足三里、膻中，厥阴俞与太冲并列。结论：针刺治疗稳定型心绞痛循经取手厥阴心包经络穴为主，辅以局部取穴基础上根据病症性质不同配合相关特定穴。
목적：대침자치료은정형심교통적현대림상연구문헌진행빈수통계분석，총결기침구선혈규률。방법：수집1950-2013년유관침구치료은정형심교통적현대림상문헌，림상관찰병례수재20례이상，료효50%이상적문헌，대기취혈、귀경사용빈수、배서진행통계분석。결과：부합조건문헌공40편，공유15편문장진행변증분형，선용변증분형적증형공27개，공사용44개혈위，총빈차위240차，출현빈차점3%이상적경혈11개，양경혈3개，음경혈6개，임맥2개，기중배명전5의차위내관、심유、족삼리、단중，궐음유여태충병렬。결론：침자치료은정형심교통순경취수궐음심포경락혈위주，보이국부취혈기출상근거병증성질불동배합상관특정혈。
Objective: To analyze the modern clinical research literature on treating stable angina, and summarize regularity of acupoints-selection. Methods: The modern-clinical literature from 1950 to 2013 on treating stable angina by acupuncture therapy were collected, in which the sample were more than 20 cases and the curative effect rate is over 50%, and acupoints, the application frequency of Guijing, and ordering were analyzed. Results: 40 eligible literatures were collected, and syndrome differentiation was applied in 15 literature, 44 points were used for 240 times, occurrence frequency of 11 Jing points, 3 Yangjing points, 6 Yinjing point, 2 Renmai was more than 3%, the first 5 points were PC6, BL15, ST36, RN17, BL14 and LR3. Conclusion: Xinbao Jing Points plus relevant specific points were selected for treating AP according to different type of syndrome specific acupoints.
