利用短距离无线通信技术设计了一个基于单片机的直流电机的无线监控系统。该系统主要由上位机、单片机、无线收发模块、电机驱动以及电机转速测量模块组成。上位机采用LabVIEW实现人机监控界面显示以及与下位机的串行通信。试验表明,该系统充分发挥了单片机在实时数据采集和PC机对图形处理、显示以及数据管理上的优点,无线通信稳定可靠,适用于布线困难的场所。

A wireless monitoring control system for DC motor based on MCU was designed using the short-range wireless communication technology. The system mainly consists of PC, MCU, wireless transceiver module, motor drive and motor speed measurement module. The human-computer interface of PC was implemented by LabVIEW. The serial communication between PC and MCU was also realized by LabVIEW. The experiment confirms that the system makes full use of the advantage of real-time data acquisition of MCU and the advantage of graphics processing, display and data management of PC. The wireless communication is stable and reliable. The system is suitable to the situation that is difficult to wiring.
