阐述了永磁容错电机系统工作原理并且对其潜在的电气故障进行分析。在分析逆变器短路和开路故障以及电机绕组实际特性的基础上,提出了系统潜在故障的识别和检测方法。把TMS320F2812作为控制器,设计故障检测硬件电路,并对软件进行编程和调试。试验结果证明了故障识别和检测方法的正确性。

The principle and potential electrical fault of permanent magnet fault tolerant motor system were studied. On the basis of analyzing the features of motor windings and inverter open circuit and short circuit faults, the fault detection and identification methods were proposed. The fault detection hardware and control software based on TMS320F2812 controller were designed. The experimental results prove the correctness of the fault detection and identification methods proposed.
